epiphany: add a reference to wip/webkit-gtk/TODO for `Error sending IPC message: Message too long' issue

It's probably a general webkit-gtk issue and it also happens for other web
browsers that uses webkit-gtk (unfortunately I've only found code paths
exercised in that but still no idea who/what provokes that).
