uriparser 1.0.3 released / CVE-2026-48841

A few hours ago uriparser 1.0.3 has been released. Version 1.0.3 brings
a security security fix [1] and multiple bugfixes. For more details,
please check out the change log [1].

If you happen to have patches for uriparser that are still required with
1.0.3 in supported environments, please send them my way.
