Re: php-intl 8.5.12 error

Providing an update on this:

I just need to clean the work and dependencies with `make clean` and
`make clean-depends` before rerunning `'PHP_VERSION_DEFAULT=85 make
package`.

The package installed OK, config copied OK and intl is working fine.
