gm is the command-line interface for graphics/GraphicsMagick, a utility
for converting/modifying image files. In this case, I'm guessing it's
being used to convert an animated GIF into its individual frames.
If you already have graphics/ImageMagick installed, replacing 'gm' with
'magick' should net you the same result.
