This fix is not sufficient.
md4c broke ABI compatibility so you need to bump it's bl3.mk plus qt5-qtbase, libreoffice and maybe some others.
This commit inserted a new entry in the middle of the MD_SPANTYPE enum without an solib bump.

I guess you could also scoot the new MD_SPAN_INS to the end of the enum to restore ABI compat.

The static assert is also a real bug but upstream is dealing with that.
