Coming back to this - you updated the comment in the pkgsrc Makefile,
but this error message does not complain about a file in the buildlink
directory, it complains about a file in /usr/pkg that should at this
point exist. Can you explain this?

Btw, I'm using PKG_DEVELOPER for building on -current, and shadow
doesn't (for 10) AFAIK, and I'm also using ninja, so that's most
probably not the reason either.
