wip/freecad and wip/py-pivy

I have been trying to build wip/freecad again and the build is broken by
wip/py-pivy at least since the update to freecad 1.1.3.  There is no
freecad_source_1.1.3.tar.gz distfile so I pulled it down from git and renamed
it.

wip/py-pivy still attempts to use the swig "-py3" command line option, which
swig no longer supports so I removed it in the py-pivy source but it still
gets the "Error: Unable to find 'memory'", which I haven't been able to fix.
