2026Q2; pkg_install errors, `x265>=4.2' pkg not found

Hello,

I had 26 errors prevent packages from being installed.

The proxy circuit to releng/bulktracker is down as I looked to see the
build status for `x265>=4.2'.

The errors are as follows.



pkg_install error log can be found in /var/db/pkgin/pkg_install-err.log
