poppler update incoming

Hi!

I've locally updated poppler to 26.06.0 and run the bulk-test-poppler
package.

Of course it broke a couple packages (this time: inkscape, scribus,
pdf2djvu) but I've collected patches for this, and will commit updates
shortly.
