editors/emacs30-xaw build variant with xaw and svg

May I suggest a build variant that swaps xaw for gtk3 and includes svg?

Previously, I took a thread off-topic wanting this build variant that
allows emacs daemon to serve the plain console and X11 viewports without
warning messages pointing to issue with gtk3.

At the time on that thread, there was one other person interested in
this build variant.

The build options would be as follows.

These options are enabled by default:
	dbus gnutls gtk3 libgccjit libotf libwebp
	tree-sitter x11 xml

gtk3 to be swapped for xaw and svg enabled options:
	dbus gnutls xaw libgccjit libotf libwebp
	svg tree-sitter x11 xml
