'sysutils/podman' - text relocations, cannot write-eable text segment...

Hi,

I've installed podman (podman-5.0.3nb16) via pkgin on amd64 NetBSD
11rc4 (and previously on the current 10 release), and I get the
following error when I run the command:

	/usr/pkg/bin/podman: text relocations
	/usr/pkg/bin/podman: Cannot write-enable text segment:
Permission denied

I've updated my pkgsrc and built podman-5.0.3nb17, but that had the
same result.

The build had these two lines at the end:

	ld: /tmp/go-link-2589785272/go.o : warning: relocation in
read-only section `.rodata'
	ld: warning: creating DT_TEXTREL in a PIE

I'm very much a beginner, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong?
Does anyone else have this issue, and has anyone found a solution?
