build failures under -current/amd64 (11.99.5)

The following packages fail to build under NetBSD-current/amd64 (11.99.5
as of 28 Mar 2026:

graphics/libggi
chat/unrealircd6
graphics/gphoto2
x11/x11vnc
graphics/cinepaint
graphics/sane-frontends
audio/bladeenc
textproc/detex
emulators/libdsk
sysutils/fdupes
wip/p2kmoto
graphics/lcms
x11/x2x
audio/nas

All except "chat/unrealircd6" fail during build complaining about the 
implicit declaration of some function or another.  "chat/unrealircd6"
fails during the configure phase claiming that the system does not
support IPv6.  (That may yet be another case of implicit declaration
causing a configuration test to fail...)

Logging the list here for future reference.  Any grief about building
a pkgsrc release branch under -current will be sent to /dev/null.

Otherwise, thanks for re-integrating fortran in the comp.t*z sets.
No pkgsrc GCC was needed for my usual complement of packages.
