I just rebuilt qt6-qtscintilla on NetBSD 10 amd64, with pkgsrc mostly at
2026Q1, without incident, and then py313-qt6-qtscintilla.

I then rebuilt py313-qt6-qtscintilla with GCC_REQD=12 and that built ok.

I did not try to deal with py312.  I'm already partially in the process
of moving to 314!
