Ridiculously long PKGNAMEs

I'm working on a new bob feature and there are some package names that are making a mockery of trying to get things to fit nicely in an 80 column display.

These are almost certainly wrong:

  py314-gyp-0.1pre20210830.d6c5dd51dc3a60bf4ff32a5256713690a1a10376nb2
  rtmpdump-2.6.0.0.6f6bb1353fc84f4cc37138baa99f586750028a01nb1

git sha in PKGVERSION makes no sense and is just asking for trouble.

It might be too late for these, but "-framework" seems redundant to me:

  py314-pyobjc-framework-AutomaticAssessmentConfiguration-12.1
  py314-pyobjc-framework-LocalAuthenticationEmbeddedUI-12.1
  py314-pyobjc-framework-MetalPerformanceShadersGraph-12.1
  ...

After that we're down to p5-* like:

  p5-Catalyst-Authentication-Credential-HTTP-Proxy-0.06nb16
  p5-Catalyst-Plugin-Authentication-Store-RDBO-0.002nb18
  p5-Catalyst-Authentication-Store-DBIx-Class-0.1506nb11
  ...

and I think the names are too baked in at this point to change those, unless anyone has other ideas.
