bob v0.6.0

Hi!

Thanks to those who have provided feedback so far.  I've just released 
bob v0.6.0 which incorporates a large number of fixes and improvements.

There are some changes to the config file and the build scripts, so I 
would recommend performing a fresh

  $ bob init /foo

and migrating any local changes you had in config.lua across.  Note that 
there are significantly fewer variables to set now, as one of the main 
changes is that mk.conf is considered to be the source of truth, and 
many variables are calculated directly using "make show-vars".

I will try to keep the number of breaking changes to a minimum while 
it's still v0.x, but I also want to ensure that things are set in stone 
when version 1.0 is released, so I'm more concerned about getting things 
right.

possible.
