[ncgopher package] - release 0.8.0

Hi and a happy new year to everybody!

I wanted to inform you that a new release of ncgopher is out. You can find release 0.8.0 on crates.io [1] or github [2]. The new release is based on rustls, so no need for the openssl dependency anymore.

ncgopher is a gopher, gemini and finger client for the modern internet. It uses ncurses and is written in Rust.
