uriparser 1.0.0 released / CVE-2025-67899

Ealier today uriparser 1.0.0 has been released. Version 1.0.0 brings
a security fix [1] for CVE-2025-67899, multiple bug fixes and misc
improvements across the board. For more details, please check out the
change log [2].

If you happen to have patches for uriparser that are still required with
1.0.0, please send them my way.
