I was advised switching to flowerysong/OpenARC

pkgsrc has openarc-20180921 from
https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenARC

Same project also has 1.0.0Beta3 released 2019-08-22.

rttps://github.com/flowerysong/OpenARC has 1.3.0, released "last month".

Upstream suggested I should use it.

It does not seems very fond of reelases. 1.0.0beta3 is 6 years old.
