chromium "alt+p" key combination for "picture in picture" view

Hello,


I have NetBSD 10.1 and Chromium running on two different amd64 systems: 
a ThinkPad X260 and an Intel NUC 8i7BEH, both using the XFCE4 desktop 
environment.

On the ThinkPad, pressing Alt+P while watching a YouTube video activates 
Picture-in-Picture mode.

On the Intel NUC 8i7BEH, nothing happens when Alt+P is pressed.

I don’t recall configuring anything special on the X260.
