To me, `pkgsrc still messed-up' has the feel of me being unsuccessful at
`pkgin update' because it drops core or `make/gmake' in
/usr/pkgsrc/editors/emacs , I thought I'd squeeze in a difficulty I was
having until I stumbled into `bmake'.

I was told to start a new thread on topic emacs.
