problem with audio/rhythmbox

I dida compllete transfer of my iTunes library and tried to import
it.  I end up with 35 missing tracks.

I tried to replace one of the tracks with a .ogg file (the original
was .m4p) and when I try to import the .ogg file I get this:

What am I missing and how do I get it?  :)
