Hi, there is no separate mailing list because there's no separate
project for tiger, it's just a mk.conf configuration file (mostly
disabling many package options that tiger can't support) and a list
of packages to build really.

Work slowed on me publishing binary packages for tiger because pkgsrc
is a bit too much of a fast moving target for everything to work well
with GCC 4 and no meson, these days i'd recommend
https://github.com/drecklypkg/dreckly instead.
