It seems to be failing somewhere between half and 2/3 the time, by
segfaulting during the build.

It's possible that the "fix -Wall -Werror" treatment might fix it. Or
building with -O0.

However, looking around suggests it's fairly dead as a language (lack
of visible development doesn't always mean that), and the author's
webpage refers to it in the past tense. So unless anyone's actually
using it there's not a lot of point sinking time in.

So I guess we go ahead and remove it...
