zig on Debian 12: "rpath relative to WRKDIR"

Hi all,

Building zig on Debian 12/amd64 I get:

  => Checking for missing run-time search paths in zig-0.13.0nb3
  ERROR: bin/zig: rpath relative to WRKDIR

bmake output attached.

(I don't actually need to use Zig but thought it good to mention with
the upcoming quarterly release.)
