icann-rdap: recommendation / request to add to wip ?

Sorry if I’m not following the right etiquette here...

whois is being replaced with the RDAP protocol.  As such it would be nice to include the software in pkgsrc.

That icann repo seems to have things broken out into:

- cli client program
- client request lib
- common lib
- server

Also it looks to be written in 100% Rust.  I’m not hip to if that means anything in the pkgsrc world (good/bad/indifferent).
