I'm not wiz@ but yes, NetBSD is absolutely supported. Not that upstream cares much about it, but it's the OS I've always tested and used GHC on, and kept fixing NetBSD-specific issues and upstreaming patches! In fact most of the GHC bootkits we're using in pkgsrc were initially cross-compiled from NetBSD (by me).
