Actually OPSYS is not defined when pkg_chk runs. I don't know whether
pkg_chk should address that by letting a minimal pkgsrc environment be
loaded internally.

For now, I can manually specify OPSYS.

    OPSYS=NetBSD /usr/pkg/sbin/pkg_chk -Brnv


On stderr it shows some 77 packages, all followed by word OK. The packages
do include libiconv. What else shall I look for?
