Import wip/mtpaint?

Hi, I updated mtpaint to version 3.50.11. I've been using this
software for years with netbsd. It allows you to edit images as
most people do with bloated software like gimp. The number of
dependencies is small, no patches are needed to build it, it's
pkglint clean... I'd appreciate if someone inport it to pkgsrc.
