Just updated pkgsrc once again. I think last update broke it and this
update restored it again! Difficult to pinpoint what it might be.

A couple of packages (gcc-10, openssl) still failed, but not for a reason
that sounds related to pbulk setup.

May be I was just unlucky to get some work-in-progress snapshot in last
update.
