(devel/magit) to be imported

I've updated wip/magit-git with (new) companion packages,
dash-el, emacs-compat, transient and with-editor.
They are all in wip now.
magit is (long waited for me) Emacs frontend for git.

These will go devel category. (magit-git will be renamed as magit).

The patch for default.mk (of each package) has hard coded line for
${PREFIX}.  The original assumes ELPA system.

also docs: target are disabled for the moment.

Are these acceptable to be committed in pkgsrc proper ?
or please improve them.
