After installing Python 3.13 on the same machine, finance/ledger
still doesn't build like it should but the problem has evolved:

The following variables will affect the build process of this package,
ledger-3.3.2nb7.  Their current value is shown below:

        * PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT = 312

Based on these variables, the following variables have been set:

        * PYPACKAGE = python313

Something must be wrong somewhere...
