To me, that's well over the line to rm.   I know we don't have a "we
don't package prorietary software" rule, but unfetchable and no redist
is just impossible to deal with.

It is theoretically possible that there is a someone who uses it and has
the sources.  So I'd say go ahead and rm, unless an actual user pops up
with rationale why staying is a net plus for the pgksrc community.
