It did not "disappear", but rather when the bulk build was done with
2024Q1 sources, it was not built.

Your question is valid, though, rephrased as

  "If it builds on my system why did it fail in the bulk build."

and the answer is that something was different :-)   It could be that it
depends on something being installed that is not a declared dependency,
and you have it.  Or a vast number of other things.   The path to fixing
this is understanding why it didn't build/package, and then the rest is
pretty easy.
