If there are errors then they need to be resolved.  Reinstalling the 
packages, which is what subsequent runs of "pkgin upgrade" will try to 
do anyway, will just lead to running into the same errors over and over 
again.

Without any information about what exactly the problem is, e.g. relevant 
output from pkg_install-err.log, it's impossible to say.
