That's because SQLAlchemy requires Cython - it is mentioned in pyproject.html. When you've got py-cython installed on your system, the binary extensions are built, hence the PLIST inconsistency.

I've added py-cython as dependency, updated PLIST and bumped revision. Now it should be fine.
