macOS binary package OS baseline

Hi!

If you happen to use my macOS binary package repository from

  https://pkgsrc.smartos.org/install-on-macos/

or are interested in doing so, please could you let me know what version 
of macOS you are currently running?  I've sent out a poll on Mastodon:

It appears as though Apple have broken backwards compatibility, as some 
packages that target the 11.3 SDK are now broken on Sonoma, for example:

  $ pkgin -y install mpv
  $ mpv
  dyld[80200]: symbol not found in flat namespace '_OBJC_CLASS_$__TtC11macOS_swift19RemoteCommandCenter'

Building mpv from source on the target host makes it work again.

I'll increase the baseline SDK to something more modern based on the 
results of the poll in the coming weeks, and retire the 11.3 package set 
to the archives.
