Cant make libdvdcss

I changed:
libdvdcss-master ---> libdvdcss-1.4.3

cd'd to this dir -- works.

then it says:
    cant open ./configure

In this did there is no configure file -- only configure.ac

IS this a problem in  ./multimedia/libdvdcss  ?
