You didn't say what operating system you are using. I can infer NetBSD
from the logs, and the fact that /usr/pkg/gcc10 shows up implies that
you are using a system that doesn't natively have gcc10. Also, on my
systems:

NetBSD 9:

-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  1458944 Apr 18  2020 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.8.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  2030136 Sep 25 11:25 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.9.0

NetBSD 10:

-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel   342941 Jul 13  2003 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.4.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel   915503 May  7  2006 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  1118243 Nov 17  2014 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  1458944 Apr 18  2020 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.8.0
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  2417272 Nov  5 19:09 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.9.0

so anything using .so.7 seems really old.

Basically, if you aren't running netbsd-10 you should probably update.

If you are running netbsd-8 or older, I don't really expect much to work.

If this fails on 9, then it's a valid bug.
