Re: wip/oksh committer request

My guess is that they only new stuff is what you'd find in a search for "ksh" here: https://www.openbsd.org/74.html
That being said, oksh is a little different so maybe not.

I was unaware of the COMMIT_MSG file. Should I include this on all my future wip packages?
