O.K., "version.h" is generated from ${WRKSRC}/src/include, doing

    make version.h

I don't know why this doesn't get catched recursively, as stated in:

    --- all ---
    /Users/mk/pkgsrc/pkg/bin/bmake  all-recursive
    --- all-recursive ---
