Unused distfiles are removed from ftp.NetBSD.org for space reasons
regularly (about quarterly).

For legal reasons (source code for binary packages availability), they
are moved to archive.netbsd.org.

The file you are looking for can be found e.g. here:

http://archive.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc-archive/distfiles/2020Q4/openjdk7/

(I liked when the package was removed and then inside the next
quarterly directory to find it.)
