pkgsrc onion mirror

I used to run pkgsrcbadj4vrrrr.onion mirror but I shut it down a while
ago because V2 onion addresses got deprecated.

It took me a while to setup a new shiny V3 address but here it is:

http://pkgsrcuhack2saqtz2moimtdmg7wbrvveihw2aeehehu2roauy5l6vyd.onion/pub/pkgsrc/

pub/pkgsrc is rsync'ed every other day, then a zfs snapshot is taken and
nginx serves pages from that (read-only) snapshot.
