Removing the "debug" option avoids the "impossible constraints" error.
The added "-ggdb" in C{,XX}FLAGS didn't produce any additional debugging
information.

The last successful build of "multimedia/vlc" was "vlc-3.0.17.4nb5"
from pkgsrc-2022Q3 under NetBSD/i386-9.99.99.
