The problem you fixed was not the first problem with building modules
for python 3.7 and even before the last big breakage, there were lots
of packages that were already marked INCOMPATIBLE with 37 (80, by my
count) and more that should have been (e.g. py-boost doesn't build for
3.7 either).

It's easy to re-enable python 3.7 packages in your local bulk builds.
