NetBSD 9.2 as of 2021-05-15, pkgsrc-2022Q2, firefox-101.0.1.
Browsing and reloading a few times did
show http3, and confirmed via tcpdump the traffic was all UDP (and IPv6
as it happens).

It seems after a cmd-shift-r reload it reverts back to http2, then
bashing cmd-r a few times flips back to http3. No idea why.
