ffmpeg5 with rpi option: options.mk patch

multimedia/ffmpeg5 with rpi option gives this error:

    Unknown option "--disable-xvmc".

Removing this line from options.mk solves it:

    CONFIGURE_ARGS+=    --disable-xvmc

Kindly consider for patching.
