libutempter/libulog equivalent for NetBSD?

After wondering why net/mosh wasn't alerting me to a growing pile of
disconnected sessions like it does on linux, I dug and discovered it's
relying on utmp, and uses libutempter (on linux, libulog on freebsd)
to update utmp. Do we have something similar on NetBSD? I searched
around and did not find.
