wip: github packages: git:// deprecated

Hi!

I've just updated the *-git packages in wip to switch to https:// for
accessing the git repositories on github, since github deprecated the
git:// protocol.

If you see:

  The unauthenticated git protocol on port 9418 is no longer supported.
Please see https://github.blog/2021-09-01-improving-git-protocol-security-github/ for more information.

when building a wip/*-git package, please make sure you delete the
cached archive checkouts, which still have the old protocol URLs
inside.
