lang/gcc9 - ``make fetch'' vs ``make show-distfiles''

I've noticed a minor discrepancy here for lang/gcc9 package.

``make show-distfiles'' lists only gcc-9.3.0.tar.gz, and ``make
show-depends'' lists only gsed and python38 as dependencies.

Yet, ``make fetch'' "pretends" that both math/mpcomplex and
math/mpfr are dependencies, which results in downloading
mpc-1.1.0.tar.gz and mpfr-4.1.0.tar.bz2

Downloading the files is a "good thing" (tm), but it would be
nice if those files were listed in the show-distfiles output.

(This was discovered during development of a script to remove
no-longer-needed distfiles from my local system.  The above
files get deleted since they don't appear in the output from
show-distfiles.)
