After yet another 'make clean', setting PKG_DEVELOPER=yes and pkglint
I repeated the build using script, even running 'make -d all package'.
This time the three files were part of the package, and I am at a loss
as to why they weren't there in the first place. Sorry for the noise
and thanks.
